About Sarah Davis

With over 12 years experience in the real estate industry and comprehensive background in administration and sales support, Sarah’s love of Property Management began 3 years ago when she joined the team at First National Real Estate. Sarah’s key traits are honesty, integrity, an ethical nature and a friendly approach with particular attention to detail, follow up and people skills. Sarah’s good name is evident from her professional relationships with landlords and tenants alike. “I get a real kick out of keeping in touch with potential tenants on a regular basis and working with them to find them their ideal property”, it’s a real feeling of achievement. Landlords are always confident in my skills and knowledge and can relax, knowing that I am working in their best interest to find the most suitable tenants for their investment property”. Sarah lives with her husband and 1 year old daughter, Ella Ruby, as a local resident of Chittaway Point and has grown up on the Central Coast. Sarah loves the lifestyle, especially the close proximity to local beaches and of course, shopping centres! When Sarah isn’t working, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, bike riding, going to the beach and shopping. Sarah’s goal is to become one of the Central Coast’s most sought after Property Manager's and continue providing the best possible service to all current and future clients of First National Real Estate, Berkeley Vale.
