Having spent 8 very fruitful years with globally renowned Sekisui House in the ACT & NSW, Sasha brings a wealth of sales and management experience with strong environmental knowledge. As a Sales Manager and Business Development Director, Sasha has successfully delivered a large range of residential land developments in Canberra, Bungendore, Yass, Royalla, Goulburn, Jindabyne and Sydney.

Sasha has been involved in over 5,800 residential blocks from inception to completion achieving long term consistent results for Developers and builders. Site originating, feasibility, acquisitions, planning, marketing, sales and analyzing customer and market trends and forecasts are areas of expertise where Sasha continues to deliver.

In 2003, Sasha was the first HIA Greensmart professional in the ACT and continues to promote sustainability in design to achieve maximum outcomes for all parties, including the home buyers and builders.
