Impact Properties Canberra

About Shaun Iqbal

Shaun Iqbal has sold 34 properties in the last 12 months. On average, these properties were advertised on Allhomes for 56 days.

Shaun started his career with the Commonwealth Bank in August 1995, where he spent most of his working career in the branch network as a Personal Lending Manager, Investment Adviser and Branch Manager. In 1998, Shaun started his real estate career by buying, developing and then selling number of property projects. In 2003, I took 3 years' career break from the Bank to establish and manage a fast food franchise business which I successfully developed and managed on multiple sites with up to 60 employees.

After his career break, Shaun returned to the banking industry in senior management roles before joining Independent Property Group in 2009 to utilise his personal and professional skills in the property market. After a successful real estate career; Shaun decided to open Impact Properties Gungahlin on 01 July 2015. Shaun believes that he can put his Retail Banking experience to good use and help others through the process of either selling or purchasing real estate in the following areas:

Marketing & Selling of established properties - by developing a professional marketing plan to obtain the best possible price for your property and work with you, so together as a team we can achieve the result you are after.

Investments - with access to the many investment properties in the region, I can help you to make the wisest choice to maximise your return.

New homes, apartments, unit & townhouses - many of the region's builders have an association with Impact Properties, giving you a wide variety of choice.

Finance - being able to assist with your requirements so you can find the finance package that meets your needs.

I Love what I do for living & I will always work with you in achieving the best possible result, whether it be purchasing or selling of property.

Local knowledge + Simple process = Brilliant Results
