Stacey started working in property in 1990 with a Japanese development company in Sydney, after graduating from the Australian National University and completing a post graduate scholarship at Showa University, Tokyo. She later joined Lend Lease Retail where she was NSW Divisional Manager for Retail Leases and from there worked for two years as a Retail Project Manager with the Bovis Lend Lease. Moving to AMP Capital Investors in 2002, Stacey was responsible for major commercial assets including the AMP head office at Circular Quay and AMP Plaza. She sat on AMPCI's Art and About Committee, as main corporate sponsor of the City of Sydney's biggest public art festival, and has been a keen advocate of environmentally sustainable management practices in buildings. Stacey has a Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management from UTS, Sydney and is an executive member of the Devonport Chamber of Commerce and Industry. A longstanding investor in the locat property market, she returned home to Tasmania in 2009 and is looking forward to steering Collins forward to its 100th anniversary. "Changes in technology will very much shape the business in the future. What will remain constant, though, is our focus on first class customer service and the challenge to anticipate customers' needs and exceed their expectations".
