About Stan Blackshaw

My name is Stan Blackshaw. 6 Birramal Drive, Dunbogan NSW. 2443. Ruth and I live at 6 Birramal Drive, Dunbogan, in the Camden Haven area just south of Port Macquarie. Married with two grown up boys. Paul and Christopher. My wife Ruth is a retired teacher and teacher librarian and we live overlooking the ocean. I have been in real estate in Victoria for several years after taking early retirement from the Education Department. We decided on a sea change and moved from Melbourne to Paynesville on the Gippsland Lakes. I obtained my Certificate of Registration and moved into the area of Real Estate, which has been particularly good to me over the years. We have developed several town house groupings and subdivided rural into rural residential! We have been travelling up this way since 1976 for annual holidays. In 2000 we purchased a block in Dunbogan, moved into our new home in 2006. Since successfully completing my full real estate licence with distinction I have decided to open my own real estate business. Stan grew up in a farming district in Victoria where he played tennis and football for the local teams. He was House Captain at school and Captain of the Teachers’ College football team. In 2000 he was made a team member, on the wing, for the Team of the Century in his hometown of Thorpdale, playing AFL. Football. Since coming to Dunbogan Stan has joined the local Golf Club at Kew where he has made many new friends. I am looking forward to playing golf with you one day soon.
