Sales Associate, Stephanie Black, works alongside award-winning agent Richard Krausz, as an integral team member assisting with the appraising, listing, marketing, and selling of property.

Prior to joining Team Krausz at REMAX, Stephanie worked as a New Homes Sales Consultant with a Sunshine Coast construction company where she gained invaluable experience, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to seamlessly transfer across to her role as Sales Associate, dealing with a wider range of properties from new to older.

Stephanie's strengths include problem solving, customer service, goal setting, marketing, and time management; she is a warm, confident communicator who can establish great empathy with her peers and clients alike.

Motivated to assist her clients to reach their property goals and help to facilitate the sales process in a smooth, positive manner, whereby the outcome secured is optimal across all market conditions Stephanie builds strong, trusting relationships with those who engage her services.

Stephanie holds a Certificate IV Property (Real Estate) as well as a Certificate III in Customer Engagement from the Australian College of Commerce and Management; and is an active participant in continual in-house and external industry training and professional development.

When not working Stephanie enjoys travelling, surfing, hiking, and generally keeping fit and active.
