Tim McInnes is widely regarded as one of the most successful agents in North Canberra, beginning his career in 2007. Starting out as a humble personal assistant to an agency owner, he made his way up through the ranks in one of North Canberra's largest real estate agencies. In 2010, he was head hunted to become a co-director at another one of Canberra's most successful agencies, where he helped build a strong sales and property management business over nine years.

With their increasing success, Tim and his wife Annabelle reached a crossroads, and made the decision to branch out and create Timothy Road after having a vision to create a specialist company that focuses solely on the established market.

Outside real estate Tim considers himself a family man who is passionate about fitness and travel.
