With a working lifetime in the hospitality industry, Tom has extensive experience as a Consultant, setting up restaurants and selling them with a history of success. Originally from Israel, Tom travelled the world chasing the surf. On his travels he fell in love with Australia. After living in the Port Phillip region for years, Tom, now a family man and father of twins, has settled in Brighton.
