Virginia boasts many years of experience with new property - homes and apartments throughout Far North Queensland - as an interior designer and holiday apartment manager.

Virginia has lived in Cairns for more than 15 years, during which she has developed an extensive knowledge of most of the new apartment complexes in both Port Douglas and Cairns. As an interior designer she worked alongside local developers to create enticing display suites, furnish apartments for holiday and permanent tenants, and to personally style new homes for owner occupiers. She has also developed a good rapport with many investors who have entrusted her with the task of preparing apartments for rental - in many cases working off the plan so the units are ready to be rented as soon as the complex is completed.

Virginia has also been heavily involved with resort refurbishments in Cairns and Port Douglas, and has managed inner-city holiday apartments for the past two years, handling everything from initial interior design through to ongoing marketing and management.
