Prior to joining the Laing+Simmons network, Yolla Estephan worked in Business Development for over 15 years, becoming an experienced professional in the areas of education, sales and strategy. However with a number of personal investment properties in both Australia and Lebanon, Yolla decided that a career in real estate was the perfect avenue to pursue a satisfying and successful new career and for her to share her personal experience as an investor, while also giving back to the local community. In 2013 Yolla joined the dedicated and professional team at Laing+Simmons Auburn as a Property Manager. Building rapport with each and every client is one of Yolla’s key strengths, as she personally understands the needs and expectations of an investor, aiming to make the landlord-tenant relationship as mutually beneficial and smooth as possible. Her patient and approachable nature, results driven mind set and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market enables Yolla to maximise returns for her clients and support and assist her valued tenants. Outside of work, Yolla enjoys spending time with her family and is a mother to three teenage children who are also carving out successful careers in real estate.
