Zoe is a born-and-bred Canberran who joined the Momentum team with over 10 years of management experience in hospitality, the beauty industry, and property management.

Having immersed herself in her real estate career for more than nine years, Zoe has progressed from Property Manager to Team Leader and now Head of Property Management at Momentum. She is deeply passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, shows extraordinary empathy with both clients and staff, and leads an outstanding property management team dedicated to providing premium service to owners and tenants alike.

Momentum staff pride themselves on their knowledge of the market and awareness of legislative changes that may affect tenants and investors. Licensed in both the ACT and NSW, Zoe brings a wealth of understanding across both jurisdictions. Her achievements and commitment to excellence have been recognised through multiple awards, including Winner of the 2018 REIACT Achievement Award, Finalist in the 2018 LPMA Rising Star Award, and most recently Winner of the 2025 REIACT Operational Leadership Award.
