The house has plenty off books if you decide to have a quite read in one of the deck chairs while taking in the beautiful sun and the sound of the wind in the trees. The house has a two way bathroom with a relaxing bath tub, and offers its own washing machine and dryer. This house has a very large modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, with dining facilities both inside and on the rear deck area.

Location
Water front views from the back yard. On the Top of the Headland and a short walk down one of the many stairways to the natural ocean rock shelf, ideal for fishing or snorkelling off. Even go for a scenic walk around from the Callala creek bicentennial park to the Callala bay sailing club, where you might even see dolphins or across the bay the giant navy ships. Short distance away from the Callala beach RSL, with a 9 hole golf course and the offer of playing some friendly bowls on the green. Wind down in the Relax hairdressers and day spa with a massage. Take a day trip via ferry to Huskisson from Myola for markets, cafes and dolphin watch cruises. Callala Bay shopping centre offers all your shopping needs including supermarket, butcher, chemist and bottle shop.
