When you turn off the bitumen into the driveway of Deua Tin huts all of your daily stresses will wash away. The setting of the Tin huts spread amoungst the well thought out gardens reminds me of a station setting with workers houses surrounding the main homestead. Each hut has been decorated to give them their own personality and offer you a unique experience during your stay. The location is perfect with the Deua National Park on your doorstep offering marked walking trails to the big hole Marble Arch or if you prefer a picnic then there are facilities for that as well either on site at the huts or down by the rivers edge. The huts can accommodate up to 14 people combined making it the ideal venue for large family getaways, reunions or corporate groups. The main homestead offers plenty of privacy and has been cleverly designed to take full advantage of the sun with vaulted ceilings letting sun light into the back bedrooms as well as the main living areas. For a relatively new set up the owners have transformed the native paddock into an amazing garden which has attracted local gardening groups, travelers and the native birds as well. The outbuildings offer plenty of workshop space and storage with a 3 bay shed and a large studio. The property is been offered for auction on the 19th of May 2018 at 11.00am (if not sold prior). Inspection times as advertised, private inspections are also available by appointment. Please watch the video for additional information, a full information memorandum is also available on request.
