Republic will be developed in three stages:

STAGE 1 [completion 2020] - Commercial and retail spaces, 387 apartments, 100 public car spaces and an anchor supermarket

STAGE 2 [completion 2020] - Commercial and retail spaces, 185-room
hotel, 546 apartments, 400 public car spaces and public observation deck

STAGE 3 [to be advised] - Commercial and retail, plus 324 apartments
