This Cactus Cabana features open-plan living, master bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with single bed, kitchen with full cooking facilities, microwave, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, fridge, air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway carport parking for one vehicle. Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers & clotheslines), tennis court and barbecue areas.

Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant ID and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Rental is $610.00/week, including electricity and water, with a minimum 4 week stay applies. The Cactus Cabanas can sleep a maximum of 1-2 adults on a short term basis. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500 cleaning deposit, $100 key and boomgate swipe card deposit and $80 carpet cleaning fee.

*** Please note that linen items (sheets, blankets, towels are pillows) are not included. Guests are responsible for providing and laundering their own linen. Linen is available for hire, if required (weekly fee applies). Guests are also responsible for cleaning of their cabin during their tenancy. ***
