Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent provided by the applicant. Rental is $500 per week, including electricity and water. A minimum 4-week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500 cleaning/damage deposit and $100 key deposit.
