Notice is hereby given that the below listed properties will be offered for sale by public auction by the District Council of Mount Remarkable exercising its powers under Section 184(6) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) for sale of land for non-payment of rates.
SALE LOT 23 - Lot 150 (FP209610) Paragums Road Melrose SA 5483 - LAND LOCKED PROPERTY
SALE LOT 24 - Lot 835 Spratt Street Melrose SA 5483 - 57.645 square meters of vacant land
SALE LOT 25 - Lot 833 Nott Street Melrose SA 5483 - 25.29 square meters of vacant land.
• There will be no site inspections of the properties.
• Properties will be auctioned and contracted "as is" on the date of settlement.
• Bidders must register with the auctioneer on or before 1PM 12/3/24 . A Zoom link to bid online will be provided to registered online bidders.
• A payment of a 10% deposit is required on the fall of the hammer.
• Contract, Form 1 and Property Searches available 3 business days prior and 30 mins prior to Auction.
