(double portable cooktop if required).

No laundry room, but plenty of room to put your washing machine in bathroom.

Can reduce rent if willing to do odd jobs- mowing, gardening etc.

Single person only. References required and 4 weeks bond & rent to be paid & kept 2 weeks in advance. Initially 3 month short term trial rental period, then ongoing rental for good tenant.
