Upstairs is cooled and heated by a Air conditioning unit located in the lounge room.

The kitchen has all the features you need including Dishwasher, Oven, Cooking basics and a Nespresso Coffee machine(Please bring your own pods). Enjoy your breakfast at the spacious kitchen bench which has 4 stools.

Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, a large lounge/dining and a little kitchen where you could make yourself a cup of coffee.

The laundry is also downstairs and has a washing machine. There is also a shower in there and a seperate toilet.
