For most people in their 20s, home is either a rundown share house or a tiny unit with walls so thin you could hear your neighbours thoughts.

But if you’re a young celebrity earning millions each year, it’s a very different story.

Here are some of the best homes of celebrities under 30.

Jennifer Lawrence

Lawrence joined a line of famous ladies calling this Beverly Hills mansion home, when she purchased it for $US8,225,000 million ($11.38 million) last year.

The 25-year-old Hunger Games star bought the former residence of Ellen DeGeneres and, more recently, Jessica Simpson.

The enormous five-bedroom home boasts a walk in closet with plenty of room for Lawrence’s Oscar awards, a stone courtyard, koi pond and in-ground pool.

Iggy Azalea

Iggy Azalea, The Australian-born rapper, owns a pretty “fancy” Mediterranean-style mansion in Tarzana California.

Continuing the trend of celebrities trading property with each other, Azalea bought her estate from Selena Gomez for $US3.45 million.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom spread also includes a basketball court, barbecue pit, spa, kidney-shaped swimming pool and a butler’s pantry.

Although she’s the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner empire, her new home is just around the corner from older sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian who also live in Calabasas.

Robert Pattison

When you drop $US24 million on a property, you’d want to make sure it’s remarkable.

Luckily, Lady Gaga’s home doesn’t disappoint; she’s got a stable, horse-riding arena, basketball free throw machine and there’s a bowling alley too.

The $US4.4 million house is nestled into the mountains so the couple can avoid the paparazzi, and it’s complete with a spa, waterfall, and tree house waterslide.

Conrad starred in reality show The Hills, which followed the lives of several young professional women in Los Angeles.
