AFL star Joe Daniher offloads his Italianate Melbourne terrace house

AFL star Joe Daniher has achieved victory off the field.

The Brisbane Lions forward has sold his four-bedroom, two-bathroom terrace house in Melbourne’s Clifton Hill at auction on April 1, for an undisclosed price.

Listed by Antony Harbor and Antony Woodley of Jellis Craig Fitzroy, the property at 13 South Terrace last sold for $3 million in 2019, Pricefinder records show.

Domain’s latest data reveals the median price for a four-bedroom home in Clifton Hill is $2.27 million.
