I love this one! It didn’t surprise me at all to read it has been featured in Country Style magazine, this gorgeous 1860 cottage has been renovated and decorated to country perfection.

Situated in the beautiful Hills suburb of Crafers, among some of Adelaide’s finest estates, this home began as a gardener’s cottage and has been lovingly restored and extended to be the standout family home it now is.

The gardens are stunning, but what got me is the flair in which it’s been decorated, with a country look that stays on the right side of kitsch. The classic subway tiles in the bathroom, the charcoal and navy walls and the Shaker-style joinery all are classic and timeless – and I’d move into this place tomorrow.

Wow, that garden is exquisite. Situated on 4 hectares, this architecturally designed home has been designed to showcase the stunning gardens like a living art work. With double-storey windows looking out over the majestic greenery it feels almost like you’re in a tree house.

A really beautifully designed and styled tree house, complete with a beautiful country-style kitchen. With a separate workers cottage and your own vineyard this property is just stunning.

Dutton Terrace, Medindie, is one of my favourite streets in Adelaide, boasting beautiful stone villas and perfectly manicured gardens (seemingly all with their own gardeners to tend to them).

This home is no exception, with a garden that looks more Hamptons than Adelaide (even down to the non-fenced pool). Someone has spent a lot of time and attention in this garden, with its picture perfect hedging and lawn that would be the envy of any green thumb.

The home itself has fabulous bones and a gorgeous weatherboard exterior, but it needs some modernising and flair internally to bring it to the standard of the garden surrounding it. But if you’re looking for a project where all the foundations are already perfect and it just needs some pizazz, then this home is your dream.
