Talk to your friends, colleagues or favourite barista, and one topic is bound to come up again and again – Melbourne’s sky-rocketing property prices.
House and unit prices were up again for the September quarter, according to the Domain Group State of the Market Report, with the median unit price hitting over $500,000.
