Annandale

When Cobden & Hayson’s Julie Hatch sold 60 Annandale Street 21 years ago, it was dilapidated.

“Hopefully the new [owners] love it as much as the current owners have, and enjoy the wonderful Annandale village atmosphere,” Hatch says.

Newtown

Number 9 Kent Street is a rare exception to Newtown’s tightly packed, narrow terraces.

Priced at $2.6 million, the 19th-century home sits over 309 square metres, with mature fruit trees out the front and a provincial-style courtyard at the rear.

Agent Michael Harris of Raine & Horne Newtown says the residence’s flexible floor plan, which includes a self-contained cottage, is a big tick for buyers.

Bondi Beach

It almost suspends belief: An apartment just 100 metres from Sydney’s most iconic beach, for less than $800,000.

Agent Monica Shor of Ray White Unlimited agrees the location of the newly refurbished building is a serious drawcard.

“[It’s across from] the tip of the northern headland overlooking the entire Bondi beach.”
