Sean and Jane Crilley, hospitality entrepreneurs and the owners of Suffolk Bakery, have listed their house in Lennox Head with a price guide of $15 million to $16.5 million.
The businessman and pastry chef duo purchased the block of land for $1.5 million in 2016 and enlisted architect Zac Tooth and builder Adam Saunders of Lennox Homes to build a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home to live in.
Sean is also the director of another bakery in Lismore as well as a Mexican cantina in Byron Bay.
The tri-level abode, a 20-minute drive to Byron Bay, is set on 1162 square metres and offers uninterrupted beach and ocean panoramas.
Interiors are bespoke with double-height glass walls, American oak floors, imported Egyptian limestone floor tiles and sawn-cut lava stone walls.
There is a 10-seat cinema, gym, six-car garage with mud room and elevator access to the kitchen for grocery runs, and an upper floor parents’ retreat with adjoining office.
Entertaining is at the forefront with multiple terraces, a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen.
Denzil Lloyd and Brad Rogan of Sotheby’s International Realty Byron Bay are accepting expressions of interest until 5pm on Thursday, November 6.

Not all home owners who embark on a major project want to do another, but ad man Paul Bradbury and his wife Melissa must be an exception.
The couple have sold their two-storey Bronte abode for about $13 million before auction, local sources have confirmed. The exact price and buyer’s identity will be revealed at settlement.
They purchased the property for $3 million in 2016 and enlisted Sarah Foletta of Foletta Architects to design a custom-built beach house that was completed in 2019.
Now, they are looking for other properties in Bronte and will embark on a renovation.
As president and regional chief executive of TBWA Australia and New Zealand, Bradbury developed client partnerships with Tourism New Zealand, Telstra, Heinz, Apple and Amazon. He also launched retail agency Fabrc, production arm Bolt and Eleven PR.
He announced he was leaving TBWA in July after almost 20 years. His current focus, according to his LinkedIn profile, is to “leverage the incredible opportunities for disruptive creativity presented by Generative AI”.

A sprawling property at Bawley Point on the NSW South Coast, owned by the late Canberra-born businessman and philanthropist Terry Snow, is for sale with price expectations north of $200 million, local real estate sources said.
Snow, who developed Canberra Airport, died in August last year, aged 80. He was ranked 30 on last year’s Australian Financial Review Rich List with an estimated wealth of $4.1 billion.
The estate is called Willinga Park and consists of more than 2400 acres of coastal hinterland. Snow purchased the land in his 60s and developed it over two decades into a lifestyle and investment destination.
