Canberra property: Indicators point to continuing growth, agent Maria Selleck says

What an exciting time it is to live in Canberra. Signs of a continuing strong growth in the housing market over the last two quarters, land releases in the Molonglo Valley, new developments and international press praising our city are all positive indicators of a Canberra on the rise culturally and economically. 

The high number of qualified buyers going through open homes is a sure sign of a strong Canberra market.  We need more quality homes to satisfy these buyers. 

I am highly optimistic about what the market has to offer Canberrans over the remaining 10 months of 2016, and about the future of our beautiful city. While the rest of Australia discusses changes to negative gearing, fluctuations in the Sydney market and so on, Canberra continues to show itself as stoic and positive.
