The first-home buyer has purchased a one-bedroom unit in the development and says the payment plan, combined with the advice she received from Independent Property Group, her mortgage broker and solicitor has made the process straightforward.
“It was so easy, I couldn’t believe it,” Rachel says.
“It’s also worked really well having the property not finished for a couple of years, which allows enough time to have a savings goal and something to work towards.”
Rachel, who opts for a bike and public transport over a car, says the on-site Supabarn and nearby amenity will be very convenient.
Her favourite bars, cafes and yoga studio are right on her doorstep.
Rachel says she loves the design of the development and the internal green atrium. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer was another drawcard.
Rachel says the prices, which start at $360,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, were also competitive.
“It’s just that little bit more expensive at the foreshore, but here you’re still in a great location.”
