Carefully designed and crafted by owner and builder Chris Mann, through his and his wife Taylah’s company Mann Made Design + Construct, and in collaboration with interior designer Melissa Allen, the home is nothing short of luxurious.

Listing agent Shane Hilaire of Ray White Berry who sold the land to Chris and Taylah in 2018, has seen it come full circle and is ready to sell it again.

“We were very lucky, in that, our business has grown and we were lucky enough to buy a piece of land and we’re looking forward to moving and creating something else beautiful in our local area,” he says. 

“We think it will suit someone with an appreciation for beautiful things and we have also designed it for someone who might be busy and doesn’t have time to do a lot of maintenance.” 

Split into two levels, the high ceilings, oak timber floors and truly unique exterior set this home apart and will ensure it’s not on the market for long.
