Fit for royalty: Contemporary new development in Casey offers 105 townhomes

The expected completion of Kingsland is the second half of 2021.

We could say Kingsland is named after the street on which it resides. But we would rather claim Kingsland was named as such because it is a development fit for royalty.

Comprising of 105 one, two and three-bedroom townhomes, Kingsland is a spacious, vibrant and contemporary new development in Casey.

“It’s convenient in a way that other developments could only dream to be,” says agent James Herbert of LJ Hooker Project Marketing.

“Casey Market Town is 50 metres down the road and the type of place where the barista will know your order and you’ll actually enjoy the grocery run. Produce is fresh, people are friendly, dining options are plentiful.”

Designed by leading architecture firm Cox Architecture, Kingsland’s goal was to create a “damn fine” living experience, with low body corporate rates. And it appears that is exactly what they have achieved.

Sprawling across three levels, the ground floors offer open-plan living spaces that are perfect for entertaining family, friends and royal subjects.

Kitchens are modern and equipped to serve the grandest of feasts with Fisher and Paykel appliances, externally ducted rangehoods, gas cooktops, stone benchtops and instant hot water taps.

Some layouts offer a multipurpose room to be used however the new owners see fit – be it a home office, workout room, nursery, media room or space to indulge in a hobby like art or music.

Generously sized private courtyards are positioned at the front of the home, offering an attractive green entrance.

Seamlessly flowing out from the living area, they are also a practical space for outdoor entertaining, for relaxation and perhaps an online yoga or pilates class.

Some designs even offer a secondary courtyard, while others come equipped with a first-floor balcony, assuring natural light and cross-ventilation of fresh air comes in abundance.

Double glazing ensures the indoor temperatures stay comfortable no matter the season.

“Kingsland truly has a unique and superior overall design,” Herbert says.

“The layouts and finishing materials used by Cox are more like something we would see in the Kingston Foreshore or Inner North.

“In a region where we are so used to seeing standard terrace home design, Kingsland is exciting, unique and refreshing.”

Being close to Casey Market Town means supermarkets, eateries, banks and fitness facilities are almost literally on your doorstep.

“For Sunday afternoon drinks or Friday night meals with the kids, Casey Jones will become your regular pub to kick back at,” says Herbert.

“If it’s one of those ‘can’t-be-bothered’ nights, there are loads of takeaway choices to fulfil your cravings and avoid the dishes. And, not that you’ll need them, but there are loads of parking spaces.”

Expected completion is the second half of 2021.
