Location, location, location: The new development with the best Civic has to offer

The famous New York thoroughfare of Park Avenue is known for its association with utter luxury and grandeur. So when a development of the same name launches in Canberra, one can’t help but expect it to conjure up the same sense of opulence.

“Park Avenue is destined to become Canberra’s newest premium address,” says Kevin Bi, Colliers International associate director residential project marketing.
