The freehold property is in serious need of some TLC with dirty, broken floorboards, boarded-up windows, exposed pipes and lighting fixtures, and holes in the walls.

A decrepit terrace house in West London is on the market for a staggering price.

Listed by Winkworth Hammersmith, a filthy three-bedroom home in Hammersmith with caked-on grease on the bathtub, is asking a whopping £750,000 ($1.3 million).

Also rather unpleasant is the dirt-stained toilet with ‘do not use tape’ on the lid.

Despite the derelict conditions, the agent has marketed the abode as an ‘unmodernised three-bedroom mews house’ with ‘scope for extension and improve’.

The ground floor contains a reception room, kitchen and garage, and the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor.

A freehold property in the United Kingdom is one where you own the property and land, whereas a leasehold means you own just the property for a fixed amount of time.
