High in the Dolomite Mountains in Italy, you can stargaze all night long in this isolated glass cabin.
It doesn’t have to be in a fixed location either – it’ equipped with skis meaning a snow mobile can tow you to the perfect mountain view.
For £300 ($442) a night two people can stay in the remote Starlight Room, via mountain lodge retreat firm Rifugio Col Gallina.
The catch? To get there, one needs to ride a snowmobile or have serious snowshoe skills.
But those willing to make the journey will have views from 2055 metres above sea level, which have only been enjoyed by a few people to date.
The cabin was built using locally sourced wood, metal and insulated glass.
The cosy interior is sparsely furnished, with a heater and an adjustable bed, so you can sit up and look at the mountains, before lying back and gazing at the stars.
However, the portable home lacks a bathroom and kitchen facilities. Luckily dinner and breakfast are included.
There’s also a flat-screen television that can play time-lapse images of the Dolomites, in case you know, you can’t be bothered to look out the window.
Wi-Fi not included.
