Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have pulled their Beverly Hills mansion off the market after failing to find a buyer for the $90 million home.

The former Hollywood A-lister couple listed the private Wallingford estate in July last year.

The pair, once affectionately known as Bennifer, made the joint decision to drop it from sale.

The property, owned by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

“While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss,” People quoted an unnamed source as saying.

“They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”

The Hustlers star and Argo actor and director initially shopped the home privately before publicly listing it for sale in July last year with an asking price of US$68 million ($100 million).

A month after putting the home on the market, they called time on their two-year marriage.

But the global interest in their personal life,  didn’t translate into a quick sale.

After 10 months sitting on the market with no bites, they dropped the asking price by almost US$8.5 million ($12.9 million) to $59.5 million ($90 million).

The pair purchased the California home in May 2023 for US$60 million ($91 million).

The listing describes the home as “one of the most private and secured estates in Beverly Hills 90210.”

“Overlooking magnificent mountain views, the newly rebuilt and expanded Wallingford estate is spread over a 5-acre exclusive promontory,” the listing reads.

As well as its 12 bedrooms, the mansion has 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, a caretaker house, two bedroom guard house, a 12-car garage and parking for 80.

The one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex.

It also has a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex. There’s basketball, pickleball, a gym, boxing ring, sports lounge and bar.

There’s also a zero edge pool with “additional properties on the private street are also available”, according to the listing.

It might sound as though it’s a sanctuary far from the city lights, the Beverly Hills Hotel is just eight minutes away and it’s just 20 minutes from Van Nuys private airport.
