Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Beverly Hills mega mansion is back on the market, just two months after being withdrawn from sale.

The former Hollywood A-lister couple listed the private 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Wallingford estate in July last year.

The Hustlers star and Argo actor and director initially shopped the home privately before publicly listing it for sale in July last year with an asking price of US$68 million ($100 million).

Lopez and Affleck purchased the California home in May 2023 for US$60 million ($91 million).

After 10 months sitting on the market with no bites, they dropped the asking price by almost US$8.5 million ($12.9 million) to $59.95 million ($90 million).

By July this year, the home still hadn’t found a new buyer.

The pair, once affectionately known as Bennifer, made the joint decision to drop it from sale.

A month later, they called time on their two-year marriage.

Yet, the grand estate is now back on the market with the new price of US$52 million ($78 million), Mansion Global reports.

That’s a price drop of almost US$8 million ($12 million) and a total price cut of US$16 million ($24 million) on the original July 2024 listing price.

Lopez and Affleck purchased the California home in May 2023 for US$60 million ($91 million).

The listing describes the home as being in one of Beverly Hills’s “most exclusive and secure enclaves“. It also notes the home has been “recently renovated” within the last four months.

“Perched atop a five-acre promontory, this newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for its unparalleled amenities,” the listing reads.

“Privacy and security are unrivaled as the manor sits prominently behind double gates.”

The pickleball and basketball court.

As well as its 12 bedrooms, the mansion has 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, a caretaker house, two bedroom guard house, a 12-car garage and parking for 80.

It also has a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex. There’s basketball, pickleball, a gym, boxing ring, sports lounge, bar and a zero edge pool.

It might sound as though it’s a sanctuary far from the city lights, the Beverly Hills Hotel is just eight minutes away and it’s just 20 minutes from Van Nuys private airport.
