Jesinta and Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin are well-versed in the property world.

The Sydney Swans megastar and his model wife have accepted an offer for their Rose Bay apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, after listing it with price hopes of $4.5-$5 million.

In December, it was revealed the power couple were the buyers of a $9 million mansion on the Gold Coast Hinterland.

The unit at 1/33-37 Carlisle Street in Rose Bay was marketed by Biller Property, with agent Paul Biller telling Nine that the price remains undisclosed.

According to Pricefinder records, Jesinta and Buddy purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment back in November 2020 for $5 million.

Domain’s latest data reveals the median price for a unit in Rose Bay is $1,680,000.

The luxurious unit is described on the listing as offering a “vast and versatile floorplan” with ample space for entertaining.

A standout design feature is the private garden and patio area, that leads out from the open-plan living and dining area.

Interiors reflect a modern aesthetic with herringbone timber floors, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, marble and accents of gold.

An additional room can be made into a guest bedroom or theatre room, and internal lift access will allow the buyer to live a very comfortable lifestyle.

Also worth a mention is the sleek kitchen with its marble breakfast bar, gold cabinetry and top-notch appliances.
