Singer Lily Allen and actor David Harbour have listed their elegant brownstone townhouse in New York City.
The property hit the market on October 26, just two days after the release of the British singer-songwriter’s new record, West End Girl.
Critics have described the release, Allen’s first in seven years, as a ‘divorce album’.
Allen and her former Stranger Things husband bought the townhouse in 2021 for $US3.35 million ($5.1 million), one year after their marriage.
Allen filed for divorce last month, seven months after the couple’s separation was reported.

The Brooklyn home – which was featured in Architectural Digest – makes an appearance in the title track of ‘The Fear’ singer’s new album.
“We’ve moved to New York […] Now I’m looking at houses with four or five floors / And you’ve found us a brownstone,” she sings in ‘West End Girl’.
“So we went ahead and we bought it / Found ourselves a good mortgage / Billy Cotton got sorted,” the song continues, in a reference to the interior designer who worked on the house.

The listing describes the five-bedroom, four-bathroom property as an “enchanting 22-foot-wide brownstone” on “one of the most sought-after blocks in Carroll Gardens.”
“From its stately facade to its refined interior palette, the home is a layered narrative of traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities, and rich Italian influence,” it states.
The home’s whimsical living room is decked out in green Zuber wallpaper in the style of an enchanted forest while the kitchen is a more muted affair with creamy white tiles.

Upstairs is a guest suite that spans an entire floor of its own. It comes with an ensuite, private sitting room and plenty of built-in storage.
In the basement is the added bonus of a home gym.
Carl Gambino from Compass is the sales agent.
The townhouse is on the market for $US7,995,000 ($12,190,000).
