Built circa 1903, Ingleneuk is on the market for only the third time in its 122-year history.

Set on 3214 square metres, the Federation-architecture home has panoramic views of the harbour and city skyline.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house was renovated by heritage architect Clive Lucas with his design in a development application for a new triple garage with interconnected studio accommodation and a new garden room.

With dual frontage, the sprawling property also has Will Dangar-designed gardens, a rare, north-facing lawn tennis court and a separate sun-soaked pool and cabana area.

The former Today show co-host and the former Wallaby-turned-author (who now writes for this masthead) are ready to downsize as the home has become surplus to their needs now their three children have left home, according to other media reports.

They were unavailable for comment.

Their home is selling through Monika Tu of Black Diamondz and Brad Pillinger of Pillinger.
