LJ Hooker Project Marketing ACT listed in Real Estate Business' top 50 agencies

LJ Hooker Project Marketing ACT has been ranked among Australia’s top 50 real estate sales offices, according to a report released on Friday.

The Real Estate Business’ Top 50 Sales Offices 2017 places the Canberra office in 30th spot. It is the only ACT agency featured in the list.

The report was based on the number of sales made; the dollar-value of properties sold; the ratio of sales made to staff numbers; and the ratio of sales to listings.

Data for the ranking was supplied by individual agents, offices or head offices and verified where possible, according to the organisation.

Real Estate Business editor Tim Neary said the results provided a clearer insight into how successful businesses operated, beyond just sales figures.

“This report highlights some of the most effective and productive sales offices in Australia, and incorporates an array of businesses from various parts of the country, including regional areas,” he said.

Franchise owner and managing Director Andrew Ligdopoulos said the project marketing team was proud to appear in the list for the fourth year in a row.

“It is a testament to the staff and the systems we run,” he said.

“A lot of hard work has gone into trying to maintain a position like this. It is quite a significant achievement I think.”
