When Vikram and Gauri Sharma first visited their Willemsen-designed townhouse in 1990 it was love at first sight.

“The thing that’s immediately apparent is the open, flowing design over many split levels,” Vikram says.

“It’s very unique architecture that was amazing in its day and even today manages to be very contemporary and interesting.”

“Even though you’re at the heart of the city it has a semi-rural feel,” Vikram says.

“The children are now teenagers so we need a bit more space. We have very happy memories of being in the development and it’s just time for a new owner to enjoy the home as much as we have.”
