Married At First Sight star Beck Zemek is celebrating a new milestone.

The TV personality, who is now a property flipper alongside her boyfriend Ben Michell, sold an investment pad in Perth on March 8 for an undisclosed figure.

Located in Kingsley, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 8 Richmond Place was in demand, with seven offers presented to agent Daren Schneider at The Agency.

As stated on the listing, the couple chose a boutique builder and were “hands on” in the design process, selecting all the fixtures and fittings.
