The couple has lived in a Yarralumla house for 13 years, but now that their four children have left home, a three-bedroom residence in the city will be a better fit for their lifestyle.

“The city has become much more vibrant,” Peter says.

“We’ll be able to walk to the movie theatres and restaurants.”

“It certainly meets our space requirements,” Peter says.

Pat says they often travel and are looking forward to the lock-up-and-leave convenience of an apartment, coupled with the security provided by the concierge.

The couple has lived in a hotel-style residential complex in Brisbane and say the concierge service made a real difference.

“It’s reassuring,” Pat says.

“When we go away that full security makes it so easy.”
