Actor Orlando Bloom has sold his Beverly Hills house, less than a month after his split from Katy Perry.
The Lord of the Rings star listed his poolside mansion for sale in June.
He and Perry announced their separation a few weeks later in a joint statement issued to US media outlets.
Now, the four-bedroom house in Trousdale has found a new buyer, according to Realtor.com, which first reported the news.
Listing agency The Oppenheim Group confirmed the sale on its website and Instagram account.
A new buyer has snapped up the mansion for $US7 million ($10.5 million) – the same price Bloom first paid for the house in 2017.
The actor had previously listed his Trousdale mansion in 2019, but it failed to sell.
The listing bills the house as a “spectacularly crafted architectural estate” located on “the most sought-after street in Beverly Hills”.
It is a classic mid-century modern home first built in 1959.
A series of renovations by Bloom and Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés transformed the house into a contemporary white pavilion.
Wide sheets of glass overlook a luxurious zero-edge pool surrounded by hardwood decking.
The minimalist palette continues indoors with plain white walls and timber floors.
A sunken lounge in the living room makes an ideal spot for entertaining.
High hedges and formal landscaping give the property a private, enclosed feel.
“With an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the home boasts exceptional indoor-outdoor living,” the listing reads.
“Secure and private, this is a unique opportunity for the most discerning buyer.”
