The property last sold in 2014 for $US495,000 ($756,000).
At the time, it was just a vacant block covered by a dense layer of trees and bushes.
The five-bedroom house that stands there today was built in 2017.
It is billed in the online listing as a Mediterranean-style residence that “transcends even the highest expectations of luxury living”.
