A home for sale in New South Wales is either a bargain or overpriced, depending on which way you look at it.
The property at 193 Wills Street in Broken Hill is on offer for just $50,000, but only the “shell” of the house remains.
Once a stone and brick family home, the property has “suffered extensive fire damage”, as stated on the listing by Century 21 McLeods Broken Hill, and requires a “complete rebuild or demolition”.
Very little of the home remains with a “large portion” of the roof having collapsed.

What can be viewed on the listing is the property’s exposed wooden frame and insulation, along with boarded-up windows, loose corrugated iron, fire-damaged walls and mounds of rubbish by what was once the front door.
However, there is space for three bedrooms, a lounge room, kitchen and bathroom.
Potential buyers are encouraged by the agents to “carry out their own investigations” prior to registering interest.
