Should you be crowned Australia's biggest individual lottery winner, you can use the $160 million to play in the top end of the market.

One lucky Australian is poised to be crowned the country’s biggest individual lottery winner.

Powerball’s jackpot draw 1380 is offering a record $160 million on October 27, just after 7.30pm, with up to half of Aussie adults expected to have placed an entry.

The current title of “Australia’s biggest individual lottery winner” belongs to a Sydney mum who won the entire $100 million cash prize back in January 2019.

As we marinate the possibilities of winning the draw, Nine’s property team has browsed some of the country’s most luxurious real estate and mega-mansions on offer with price expectations of more than $30 million. And should you be the very lucky winner, you’ll even have quite a few million to spare.
