In just 48 hours after its July 4 listing, the listing by Rightmove saw over 90 applications.

The two-level property was on the market for £950-per-month ($1,649) or £219-per-week ($380) with a 12-month lease.

On first glance, the high interest in the one-bathroom abode is surprising with its nondescript façade and the fact that it comes unfurnished.

However, it makes for a great family home with a renovated kitchen and an idyllic patio that’s perfect for entertaining.

The bathroom has also been given an update with its clean and minimalistic aesthetic.

By far, the unique selling point of the home is its proximity to recreational sport.

The house is close to the popular Fistral Beach and the Newquay Golf Club.
