Taylor home beats price guide by nearly $100k in pre-auction deal

In a strong display of buyer demand, a striking home at 22 Winsome Street in Taylor was snapped up for $1.39 million prior to auction, soaring $90,000 above its initial price guide.

The four-bedroom home saw 22 groups through its open inspections over a swift three-week campaign. 

Agent Jonny Warren of Jonny Warren Properties said this strong interest resulted in two keen parties making very competitive offers.

“The property was ultimately sold to a family relocating from Belconnen who were drawn to the modern home,” he said.
