A waterfront trophy home built entirely out of concrete and finished with rare stones has hit the market in Florida.
The six-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion in the coastal city of Fort Lauderdale is a property that has to be seen to be believed.
Located in the gated community of Middle River, the opulent abode spans more than 1100 square metres and has 2000 square metres of living area across three levels.

A quick glance at the listing photos mirrors the cooing comment in the property blurb that: “every inch of this home is an experience”.
With that in mind, it’s hard to know where to look.
The mansion’s foyer is covered in near floor to ceiling marble, while the house’s lighting appears to change depending which room you’re in.
On the lower floor, narrow ceiling lights guide the way like streaming comets across the sky.
The marble flooring continues into a living room where a Story and Clark baby grand piano is positioned on one side of the room near a wall encased with rows of champagne bottles. On the other side of the lounge is a giant TV.

A separate seating area faces out onto the outdoor artificial turf pool and spa area.
In a strange tie-in, the champagne bottle theme continues on the lower deck with a recreation of what appears to be a Dom Perignon bottle.
Five of the six bedrooms are in the second level of the house, with the primary bedroom gracing the top level.
The main bedroom has a marble feature wall, built-in fireplace and TV and dark finishings.
The main bathroom is equally as large, resembling a day spa with a massive spa bath, more marble and chandelier light fixtures.

Outside of the bedrooms, there’s a wellness/sauna room, a gym, a cinema room, home office, display garage and a helipad on the property’s roof.
“Built entirely of concrete and finished with rare stones, exotic woods and custom cladding, the home defines modern craftsmanship,” the listing with Miles Goldstein Real Estate reads.
“With 108 feet [32 metres] on the water, a variance for an extended dock, and a full-length lap pool, it captures the essence of the yacht capital of the world.”
The property has been on the market since October 27, 2025.
The listing was posted online, with Reddit followers of Zillowgonewild sharing their thoughts.

“My eyes are exhausted,” the original poster wrote.
“I was thinking it looked like a hotel lobby, but I can see the cruise ship now,” a second person wrote.
“That’s the most amount of lights off the Las Vegas Strip,” yet another person wrote.
The property is on the market for US$39,995,000 (more than $60 million) with Austin Baris and Alexander Goldstein from Miles Goldstein Real Estate.
