Former NBA star Tony Parker’ highly luxurious Texas country estate is back on the market.

The former San Antonio Spurs point guard and six-time All-Star has listed his 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion for US$16.5 million ($25 million).

For the staggering price, a buyer will have access to luxury at new, and unique, heights.

Tony Parker, the former San Antonio Spurs point guard, is listing the estate for $25 million.

The French-American sports icon has owned the estate for around 20 decades, according to luxury lifestyle publication the Robb Report.

No surprises, there’s a gym with a half-size basketball court.

But it’s not just any gym, it’s 557 square metres – similar to the size of a four-bedroom home.

There’s also a gaming arcade, a 1500-bottle wine cellar, wet bar-equipped movie theatre, offices and a fingerprint access trophy room.

If that wasn’t enough, there’s a waterpark with eight pools on the home’s ample grounds.

There’s also a full-size tennis court, a sand volleyball court and a fruit orchard.

The French-American sports icon bought the massive parcel of land in 2005 in Anaqua Springs. The estate was built three years later in 2009.

The listing with Erwin Nicholas II of Houston-based Mr Real Estate, bills the property as a “one-of-a-kind sanctuary”.

“Inside, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the interiors in natural light, highlighting masterfully curated finishes and voluminous living spaces,” the listing reads.

“The primary retreat is a haven of luxury, complete with a private sitting area, spa-inspired bath adorned in marble and travertine, and a custom walk-in wardrobe with extensive built-ins. The main residence includes five additional spacious guest suites, two private home offices, and a true theater room with tiered stadium seating.

The elegant kitchen with dining area.

“A separate guest apartment mirrors the same level of sophistication, offering four bedrooms, three full baths, a full kitchen, laundry area, and private two-car garage.”

Parker first listed the property in late 2021 for US$19.5 million.

He played 18 seasons in the NBA, the majority of those with the San Antonio Spurs.

He finished his professional career with The Charlotte Hornets before retiring in June 2019.

The 43-year-old has an estimated net worth of more than US$80 million ($123 million).
