One of Canberra’s newest suburbs, Throsby, is set to make its mark with an array of developments scheduled to be released in the upcoming months.

Nestled between Mulligans Flat and Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve, developers and buyers are attracted to the city-life balance on offer in the Gungahlin suburb.

This week two separate developments have been listed on the market – Vivace and Rosenberg.

Vivace

Vivace is part of the Tempo Collective, a grouping of four developments from 3Property Group, totalling more than 150 townhouses.

Vivace offers resort-style living with a solar-heated pool as its centrepiece.

Designed by award-winning DNA Architects, the executive townhouses range from two bedrooms to five and have a contemporary design with subtle exteriors complementing the landscape and capturing the best in both outdoor and indoor living.
